The Challenge
Running a geographically distributed network of child care centers creates a fundamental knowledge-sharing problem. Staff across dozens of locations need consistent access to the same operational and educational resources — enrollment forms, care plans, curriculum guides, kindergarten transition documents, and much more. Without a centralized system, finding the right resource at the right time is inconsistent and time-consuming, especially when materials must reflect the needs of multi-ethnic communities and meet rigorous Head Start compliance standards.
