Community Enterprise has been an ideal software platform for our association. We use it primarily as a back end CRM tool and implemented it easily with minimal need for external consultants. We have been able to quickly use it for member management, event registration, managing important documents, a member-only section, and member forums, among other things. The price is very affordable and we have been able to get many of our questions answered in the support forums. One thing that I like about CE is that it is a reasonably low-tech solution for offices without in-house IT staff. That is, with WYSIWYG editors, an easy to navigate administration section, excellent documentation, and the help forums, I think an office with a reasonably low level of IT sophistication could find this a very powerful tool – in comparison to tech-heavy solutions that might require more coding knowledge [and financial investment] to get similar applications working on their sites. I would recommend this software to any similar organization.

Community Enterprise has dramatically increased our productivity by saving us time and money. We host many events, including a large annual conference, and CE allows us to manage the registration and financial processes much more quickly than before. We no longer have to work nights or on the weekends. Invoicing is much easier and the audit trail more detailed than before CE. And, best of all, CE automatically syncs with our QuickBooks accounting software.
