This section provides various types of support for clients and users of Community Enterprise.  

For best results, we recommend that clients purchase paid support from a CE consultant.  Paid support can usually be purchased in a variety of formats from ad-hoc to bundles of 5 or 10 hours to monthly a retainer.  You can also consult the CE User Guide for information.  In addition, we provide a number of resources below.

New Clients / Getting Started
New clients and those just getting started with a new deployment of CE should be sure to review the Getting Started section of the User Guide.  This and other sections of the User Guide can be found in the User Guide Documentation section below.  And, the entire User Guide can also be downloaded from the "Help" area of the CE Administration Section.

CE Partners / Consultants

Support Forum
The support forum is available to all CE clients (and donation recipients).  It is a good place to ask questions or view the questions and answers posted by other clients, partners, and staff.  The support forum is free, but as such we cannot guarantee that all questions will be answered or answered immediately.  That is why we strongly recommend that you also work with a paid CE consultant to help with your implementation and not over-rely on the forums for implementation assistance.

Forum Documentation
The 3rd party Fusetalk forum / blog / list serve software is bundled with the CE Subscription License.  Click here to see support and documentation for administering and using the forum software.  This section can be used either for help in using the CE Support Forum described in the section above or for using a version of the forum software with your own CE deployment.  In addition to these support resources, we recommend working with a CE implementation consultant when setting up and learning to administer your forum.

Channel Styles Sub-Site
One of the techniques for managing Channel styles in CE is by using the Site Styles settings in the Settings area of the CE Administration section.  We have created a sub-site which illustrates what styles are used with various channels.  The purpose of this sub-site is to make it easier for CE clients to make sure that their site's channels are consistent.

Flash Training Demos
CitySoft provides a growing library of demos which can be useful for training and support purposes as well as just to familiarize yourself with various features of CE.  Look for future additions to this section!
