With CE’s Activities module, you can assign tasks and keep track of virtually all interactions with constituents and contacts.
- Add, edit, or delete activities to record important information or interactions with constituents (e.g. logging phone conversations or meetings)
- CE automatically logs activities related to system functions such as sending email to constituents, constituent profile updates and more
- Custom fields capability enables users to create customized activity listings
