Forms / Applications Management Benefits The Forms management module in Community Enterprise™ enables users to create and manage custom forms online. Form tools include a form builder and features to manage application processes online. Features - Create and post custom forms online using CE's custom form builder technology
- Public users can apply online for grants, jobs, or other opportunities
- Users can upload documents such as resumes as part of the application process
- Users can search for available forms online
- Users can save forms and return later for editing before submitting
- Administrators can view submissions online
- Administrators can manage submissions with built in statuses (e.g. In Progress, Submitted, Approved, Rejected, etc.)
- Administrators can assign submitted forms to other admins for evaluation.
