Automatic Database Connections

Form submissions can automatically flag contacts as prospects or volunteers and add them to groups in the Groups module - no manual data entry needed after someone submits.

Document Uploads & Certificates

Applicants can upload documents like resumes as part of their submission. Certificates with mergeable fields can be awarded to users based on their form or application submissions.

Admin Review & Assignment

Administrators can view all submissions online and assign them to other admins for evaluation. Manage the entire review process from within the platform.

Submission History

Logged-in users can see a history of all their past form submissions from the front-end website, making it easy to reference previous applications and track their status.
